We may collect the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address and subject of inquiry. If a question is submitted to our Questions and Answers sections of the website, the question and answer may be posted on the website and distributed in our Question and Answer RSS feed for those who subscribe to it. Occasionally, a question and anwser may also be included in our email news alerts. The identity of the person who submits the question is always kept anonymous.
