Ms. Kathleen Honaker

In 2005, Ms. Kathleen Honaker was promoted to the position of Executive Director of the American Health Assistance Foundation (AHAF). Prior to that time, she was AHAF’s Director of Development, responsible for managing all aspects of the major donor program. Before joining AHAF, Ms. Honaker was the administrator of a senior center, where she became acutely aware of the loneliness and isolation felt by so many elderly people. She continues to be motivated by a commitment to do her best to improve the lives of seniors. Ms. Honaker is particularly passionate about the well-being of those who support AHAF, as well as reaching out to people affected by age-related degenerative diseases. She enjoys talking to donors and is always happy to accept calls from those interested in speaking to her directly. Ms. Honaker truly believes that the donors are the heart of AHAF and deserve the organization’s utmost respect and gratitude.
