Notice:
On older versions of the NGR application there is an error on the page for attachments that suggests that there is a five page limit to the research narratives. The page limit is should be read as 10 pages and is inclusive of any images or tables.
All proposals should be submitted by 11:59 PM (Eastern) on November 16th.
