Make a Monthly Gift

Stay active in the fight against Alzheimer’s, glaucoma and macular degeneration all year long with a monthly contribution of $10, $20, $100 or more. Many donors find this is the easiest and most efficient way to make their donation to us.

Each and every contribution we receive is important and needed. Contributions made by automatic payment plans are particularly effective because it is not necessary for us to purchase stamps or envelopes, thereby reducing our expenses. Many donors favor this method as a means to give their support.

By authorizing an automatic donation each month, you empower your bank to “speak” directly to us by electronic transmission, transferring a pre-set amount almost instantly and with an absolute minimum of cost.

Our administrative staff is then able to direct their energies to other duties, which means less overhead and allowing us to allocate more of every dollar to help us in our fight against Alzheimer’s, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. You only have to sign up once and you can choose to have your donation restricted to fund research only! It’s easy! Choose which program to support below.

Make a Pledge

We know that sometimes when you want to make a donation it may help to make a series of payments to complete your total gift amount. Therefore, we will happily help you decide which payment plan suits you best, so that your pledge will be paid off by the end of our fiscal year, which is March 31. Matching Gifts

You can increase your donation through your employer’s "Matching Gift" program. If your employer provides this program, let them know you support AHAF. Joining a Matching Gift program is simple, and allows you to direct your contribution to a cause that is close to your heart. This is a tremendous opportunity to more speedily advance the lifesaving work of the American Health Assistance Foundation and its three programs: Alzheimer’s Disease Research, National Glaucoma Research and Macular Degeneration Research.

Call us on our toll-free number, 1-800-437-AHAF (2423), to make a donation by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. An AHAF staff member will be available to assist you with the process and answer any questions you may have about your contribution during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday EST.
