Wills and Bequests

One of the simplest ways to make a gift to the Foundation is through your will. You can name AHAF as the direct beneficiary of specific assets or a portion of your estate.

A will is the perfect way to recognize your family and show your loved ones that you honored them in a special way. It is a way to show them you will treasure them forever. A bequest to a charity offers immediate and lasting recognition to the individual donor and it helps the charity fulfill its mission in the future to benefit others. A written will is the only way to guarantee that your last wishes will be followed after your death. Remember you can always change your will. If for some reason you decide on distributing your estate differently or you decide to omit someone that you had named in the will previously, it is legal to add a codicil to your will.
