1. Online Automatic Payment Form: Fill out and submit the online automatic payment form. After submitting your information, you will be able to print a summary of the transacton for your records. We offer monthly automatic payment options.
   
   
2. Mail-In Credit Card Automatic Payment Form: If would prefer not to register online, you can complete and sign our automatic payment agreement form. When we receive it in the mail, we will then forward it to your credit card company to let them know you've authorized a pre-determined donation. We offer monthly automatic payment options.

Bank Account Automatic Payment

1. Bank Account Automatic Payment Form: Please send us a blank check (write "Void" across it) so we can get your account and bank routing numbers.
